Viva La Resistance! is our French saison named after the French resistance that formed in Nazi occupied France. The cells that formed across the country published underground newspapers, provided first-hand intelligence information, and maintained escape networks that helped Allied soldiers and airmen trapped behind enemy lines. The Resistance's men and women came from all economic levels and political leanings of French society as well as a plethora of religions.
You can expect a VERY light beer, approachable and session-able ABV at 5%. You'll find notes of berry, and perhaps even floral at times with a dry and crisp finish! Cheers!

Rising Sun Rice Lager
Rising Sun symbolized the Japanese power during the early 20th century. Japan's meteoric rise in being a global powerhouse led them to force their will on an international level, mainly in Manchuria, China, and eventually the United States of America.
This beer is a rice lager and crushable at a light 3.8% ABV. We hopped this batch with Sorachi Ace hops and created a profile that finishes smooth and dry.
